Saw blackbirds gathering non-traditional nesting material this morning - soggy cellophane.
If it had been crows I'd have suspected they needed it for their cavity wall insulation.

Weather is there to challenge genes to adapt and survive, along with every other potential threat living organisms might face. 12,000 years ago we were covered in a mile of ice.
